By contacting me about a commission you are agreeing to this Terms Of Service whether you have read them or not and will be held to themYou are also agreeing that you are 18 years, or older; unfortunately I will not accept commissions from minors

General

Upon commissioning me, you do not own the rights to the image ( you still own the artwork of your character - this just means that you cannot use it to make merchandise, or profit of any kind )You may not edit, trace, alter, or claim my work as your ownMajor revisions past the sketching phase will result in an additional fee. Please make sure to review the work in progress shot provided carefullyMy work is strictly for personal-use only. You may not use the work commissioned for commercial work, merchandise, re-sale, NFT's, or use within AI training or generationI will not copy another artists style or mimick my older work

Payment And Refunds

Payment is only taken via PayPal invoiceInvoice is sent once the artwork has been fully completed. I do not send invoices beforehand for any reason, please do not ask me toAll payment is taken in Great British Pounds. I cannot provide you with a conversion rate to your currency. PayPal will do this automatically when an invoice has been sentI do not offer refunds under any circumstances as your artwork is fully completed when I take payment
